If you look up the word “persistent” in the dictionary you should find a reference to Julie Porter.  In 2008 our family made a decision to move back to TN to be closer to our aging parents. I reached out to Julie at that time about putting our house on the market.  We spoke about the market and what my position was with the house at that time. I remember Julie being very pleasant to work with and agreed if I needed her I could contact her.  Well as it turned out we had some friends that were looking for a rental home and so we decided to rent it to them and parted ways with Julie.

So here is the story about Julie and her persistence.  During this span of 10 years I could count on Julie calling me at least 4 times a year.  She was never pushy or demanding and was always pleasant to talk to. During these 10 years I think we developed a very good relationship.

When I was ready to sell my property this March 2018, I knew the only Realtor I wanted to help me was Julie.  Not only is she persistent, her skills as a Realtor are outstanding. She has made the process extremely easy for us.  With contract and any updates provided in a timely manner through a secure document exchange that allowed us to sign or initial changes to get them back to her.  The most impressive part is her knowledge of the market. Julie set the price and started her magic. Within 3 days of being on the market Julie presented us with multiple pre-qualified offers.  The offer we settled on was $10000 over our list price.

Julie and I met March 15th and we closed April 20th, that time frame is incredible and Julie made that happen.  We could not be happier with the results.
